Over the last year, we have been selecting candidates that desire to work from home building a team of customer service professional contractors. All of our contractors are working remotely within the United States while servicing our client based through our partnered company Arise Virtual Solutions. We utilize Arise platform for orientation, onboarding, training, technical issues and on call support during servicing.


We currently don't service the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, or Wisconsin.

Tax Software Navigation

$14.00 to $15.00 Hourly Pay

Work Remotely Position

• Inbound phone and video customer service/technical support. Handle technical support questions via phone, with video capability.

• Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for customers.

• Interact with customers via phone video chat, focusing on software navigation questions as well as assisting the customer with locating prior years’ returns and amendments.

• Ambassador for the Intuit brand; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions and/or escalation to a higher level of expertise.

• Use SmartLook™ screen share to assist customer via one-way video. Document all issues, resolution and follow up actions.

Accounting Software Navigation

$11.00 to $12.00 Hourly Pay

Work Remotely Position

•On a day-to-day basis, call center companies can expect to participate in the following activities:

•Interact with customers via phone, focusing on process related questions, data entry and navigation.

•Research, analyze and determine an appropriate course of action for customers.

•Be a positive representative for Intuit and the product; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions.

•Articulate how to use the product accurately and efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact.

•Provide quality customer service while demonstrating the ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical inquires.

•Act as a technical resource

Cable Billing Inquires

$11.00 to $13.50 Hourly Pay

Work Remotely Position

• Assist callers with billing inquiries

• Determine business offerings that the customer does not

currently have and make the appropriate sales offer to

upgrade and add on to their service

• Always strive to ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and

complete Customer Satisfaction (VOC).

• Code the sale accurately and completely for the installer

• Knowledge of processes and policies

• Build trust and rapport with the customer through

clear, respectful interaction

• Understand “client call flow”
